We supply tiles, sanitary ware, and modern kitchen products. All descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith but may change without notice. Product availability is subject to stock levels. If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative, backorder, or refund.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders can be placed through www.lewys.co.ug or directly with our sales team. Prices are displayed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. We use secure third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you agree to their terms and conditions.

5. Delivery and Collection

Delivery timelines and costs will be communicated at checkout or by our sales team. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, couriers, or unforeseen events. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns are accepted for defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Due to the nature of our products (tiles, sanitary ware, kitchens), returns are not accepted for change of mind. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

7. Warranties

We provide warranties only as supplied by manufacturers or importers of the products. We do not guarantee compatibility, suitability, or performance of products beyond manufacturer specifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ugandan law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our liability for defective products is limited to repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

Certain services (such as payment gateways or delivery providers) are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or practices of third-party providers.
